In rare cases, if product is found to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown after opening the package, claim must be made immediately by mail, SMS/whatsapp, or DM (see Contact Us). Complaint of damage will not be addressed if reported after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Upon receipt of your complaint, one of our customer care executives will be in touch with you regarding our decision.

5. The User may be contacted seeking/providing following information:

  • Short description of the case (A few questions may be asked to help us understand the scenario).

  • The snapshots of the packet and other box (if any) (including all the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the User)

6. Users must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery. We may need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.


7. The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation. ​All eligible refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after we receive back the incorrect/damaged consignment.

8. The Users may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

  • Users fails to provide adequate information about the case

  • Users fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)
